Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the management, support and execution of the company’s product strategy. As a Product Manager you will be passionate about delivering products that our customers love. You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, shaping the product vision, and working closely with internal teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will understand and clearly communicate how the problems faced by our users are solved by our tools.

The position requires a patient, detail-oriented, perceptive, and creative individual who is keen on enabling those around them to use digital evidence for the investigation and prosecution of criminals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of product launches and releases
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, evaluators, and stakeholders
  • Create business objectives, product plans, and roadmaps
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Coordinate internal teams around launch and release activities
  • Shape the communication of product and technical updates

 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience in roadmapping, defining business and technical product requirements, and managing an end-to-end product delivery over multiple release or feature iterations
  • Proven quantitative and qualitative skills; able to make data-driven decisions
  • Track record of breaking down projects into Minimum Viable Products
  • Background in multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing

Working Conditions:

  • Working primarily from the company’s Toronto headquarters
  • Collaborating with team of office and remote members
  • Responsible for maintaining a suitable environment for client calls and online meetings
  • Working from client sites and conducting client meetings as required
  • Travel as required (US and Europe)
